大埔五級火警奪走數十條生命——深切哀痛，悼念逝者

In late November 2025, a devastating fire swept through several high-rise residential towers in Tai Po, marking one of Hong Kong’s most severe fire incidents in recent years. Multiple buildings were engulfed by rapidly spreading flames, with thick smoke covering the surrounding area. Due to interconnected scaffolding and ongoing external maintenance works, the fire escalated swiftly, making evacuation and rescue extremely challenging.
